We ask for the least we need to get your parcel to you, and we don't sell it to anybody.
What we collect
- Order details — your name, phone number, email address, delivery address and PIN code, plus any note you add at checkout.
- What you bought — items, sizes, colours, quantities and the amount payable.
- A session cookie — a small file that remembers what's in your cart while you browse. It disappears when you close your browser.
What we don't collect
We never see or store your card number, UPI PIN, CVV, bank login or any other payment credential. Online payments happen entirely on Cashfree's secure payment page. All we receive back is whether the payment succeeded or failed.
There are no user accounts on this site, so there is no password of yours for us to keep.
Why we use it
- To pack, ship and deliver your order.
- To contact you about that order — confirmation, delivery slot, delays, returns.
- To take payment, or to collect cash on delivery.
- To keep basic records of sales, as any business must.
Who we share it with
- Our courier partner — your name, address and phone number, so they can deliver the parcel.
- Cashfree Payments — our payment gateway, for online payments. Their own privacy policy applies to what happens on their page.
- Government authorities — only where the law requires it.
That's the whole list. We don't sell, rent or trade your details, and we don't hand them to advertisers.
How long we keep it
Order records are kept as long as we need them for accounting and warranty or return questions. Ask us to delete yours and we will, unless we're required to keep it for tax or legal reasons.
How it's kept
Order records sit on our hosting account, not in any public folder, and only we can open them. The site is served over HTTPS, so what you type at checkout is encrypted on its way to us.
Your choices
Write to us and you can ask to see the details we hold about you, correct anything wrong, or have them deleted. We'll reply within a reasonable time.
Children
This shop isn't aimed at children, and we don't knowingly collect details from anyone under 18.
Changes
If this policy changes, the new version appears here with a fresh date at the top.
